Responsibilities
- Prepare healthy, high-quality meals including breakfast, lunch, and baked goods
- Work closely with the kitchen manager and service staff
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and serving guests during quieter periods
- Handle cash register duties as needed
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a commercial kitchen
- Passion for healthy cooking
- Knowledge of food safety controls and hygiene standards
- Positive, service-minded attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends (days and evenings)
