About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-responsibility for the entire kitchen and stewarding area
- Preparation and presentation of dishes according to current standards and recipes
- Creative contribution to menu design and seasonal offerings
- Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
- Control and monitoring of goods, including goods receipt, professional storage, and usage
- Ensuring high quality while considering efficiency and economic viability
Requirements
- Completed culinary training with 2–3 years of professional experience
- Experience in business hotel industry is an advantage
- Passion for gastronomy and fresh products
- Creativity and quality awareness
- Initiative, teamwork, and flexibility
- Knowledge of inventory management and kitchen management
- Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1)
