About the role

Responsibilities

  • Co-responsibility for the entire kitchen and stewarding area
  • Preparation and presentation of dishes according to current standards and recipes
  • Creative contribution to menu design and seasonal offerings
  • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP
  • Control and monitoring of goods, including goods receipt, professional storage, and usage
  • Ensuring high quality while considering efficiency and economic viability

Requirements

  • Completed culinary training with 2–3 years of professional experience
  • Experience in business hotel industry is an advantage
  • Passion for gastronomy and fresh products
  • Creativity and quality awareness
  • Initiative, teamwork, and flexibility
  • Knowledge of inventory management and kitchen management
  • Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1)
