Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for residents at a senior living facility
• Manage food production averaging 400 portions per day
• Adapt meals to meet the sensory needs and traditions of elderly residents
• Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff and professional categories
• Handle meal service for both daily routines and special events/holidays

Requirements

• Chef education (Kockutbildning)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Proficient computer skills
• Driver's license (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in large-scale kitchen operations
