Cheese Puller

Responsibilities

• Maintain product quality and appearance throughout the process
• Operate brine tanks by filling and/or emptying cheese and maintaining brine levels
• Clean and maintain equipment, including washing brine lines
• Perform salinity checks, core temperature checks, and product/brine sampling
• Appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals
• Follow all food safety policies, GMPs, and SOPs

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and understand written instructions
• Proficiency in using computers
• Physical stamina for continuous walking, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crawling
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Strong organizational, analytical problem-solving, and communication skills
