Checkout Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide speedy and friendly service at the checkout to ensure customers feel valued
• Maintain high service standards and efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment
• Handle customer inquiries and problem-solve with patience and a positive attitude
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace at the checkout area
• Operate retail technology and systems accurately

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Quick learner with an eagerness to acquire new skills
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality
