Checkout Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Support and represent the department management in leadership and personnel planning
• Act as a competent contact person for customers regarding customer service and checkout processes
• Oversee customer entry and checkout areas to ensure smooth and inventory-secure transactions
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or wholesale (e.g., Großhandelskaufmann or Einzelhandelskauffrau)
• Experience as a cashier supervisor or extensive experience as a cashier
• Proficiency in using PCs
• Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
• Reliable, conscientious, and responsible way of working
• Ability to remain calm during high customer volume
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
