Responsibilities

• Execute and control the counting of products, packaging, and pallets during route departures and returns to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Verify and reconcile production receipts to ensure physical quantities match system records and comply with acceptance policies.
• Participate actively in daily and monthly physical inventory counts to mitigate inventory discrepancy risks.
• Manage and coordinate assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Processes and established procedures.
• Implement and monitor product rotation guidelines (TPM) following First Expired, First Out (FEFO) policies.
• Organize the product and packaging warehouse according to the official layout to facilitate efficient movement.
• Promote teamwork, effective communication, and a positive work environment to achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements

• Technical education (Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or administrative assistance.
• Advanced knowledge of Inventory Control (Raw Materials, Packaging, and Finished Goods).
• Advanced knowledge of Total Product Management (TPM) and product rotation policies.
• Basic understanding of warehouse administration, logistics, and distribution.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
