Responsibilities

• Execute and control the counting of products, packaging, and pallets during route departures and returns to minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Verify and reconcile production receipts to ensure physical quantities match system records.
• Participate actively in daily and monthly physical inventory counts to support operational decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate assigned personnel to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Implement and monitor product rotation guidelines (TPM) following First Expired, First Out (FEFO) policies.
• Organize the warehouse layout according to official distribution plans to facilitate efficient material movement.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication to achieve departmental goals and indicators.

Requirements

• Technical education (Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or administrative assistance.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory control (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging).
• Advanced understanding of Total Product Management (TPM) policies.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse administration, logistics, and distribution.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
