Responsibilities

• Execute, register, and control the counting of products, packaging, and pallets during route departures and returns to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Verify and reconcile product and packaging reception with production to ensure system accuracy and compliance with acceptance policies.
• Participate in daily and monthly physical inventory counts to mitigate inventory discrepancy risks and support operational decision-making.
• Manage and coordinate assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Processes and established procedures.
• Implement and monitor product rotation guidelines (TPM) to ensure adherence to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) policies.
• Oversee warehouse organization according to the official layout to facilitate efficient material movement and location identification.
• Promote teamwork, effective communication, and a positive work environment to achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements

• Technical or professional education; degrees in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration are preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Inventory Control (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging).
• Advanced knowledge of Total Product Management (TPM) and product rotation policies.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
