Responsibilities

• Execute and control the counting of products, packaging, and pallets during route departures and returns to ensure accurate inventory records.
• Verify and reconcile production receipts to ensure physical quantities match system records.
• Participate in daily and monthly physical inventory counts to mitigate inventory discrepancy risks.
• Manage and coordinate assigned personnel to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
• Implement and monitor product rotation guidelines following Total Product Management (TPM) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) policies.
• Organize warehouse layouts for product and packaging to facilitate efficient movement and rapid identification of materials.

Requirements

• Technical education degree; a professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or administrative roles.
• Advanced knowledge of inventory control (Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging).
• Advanced knowledge of Total Product Management (TPM) principles.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, and conversation).
