About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive a 4-axle truck safely
- Perform long-distance trips to Côte Nord, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Montreal, and the United States
- Operate various trailer types including dumpers, cauldrons, and carcasses
- Comply with traffic laws and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and condition
- Keep all logs and records up to date
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 driver's license with FM endorsement
- Valid passport for travel to the United States
- Clean driving record
- Experience driving manual transmissions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Class 1 driver
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Physical fitness and high safety awareness
- Punctual, reliable, and respectful of equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dump trucks or Roll Offs
