About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class AZ dump truck to transport metallic materials to and from designated locations
- Load and unload metallic materials safely using appropriate equipment
- Secure loads to prevent movement or damage during transport
- Perform manual tarping when necessary
- Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle functionality
- Complete accurate delivery logs and required documentation
Requirements
- Valid AZ driver's license with a clean CVOR and driver's abstract
- Experience driving 18-speed manual transmissions
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an AZ driver
- Physical endurance for loading and unloading tasks
- Strong communication skills in both French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a dump truck
