Chassis/Bodywork Expert Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Level 2 technical escalations from dealers and Level 1 support
• Diagnose complex faults using manufacturer diagnostic tools (e.g., Diagbox, wiTECH) and interpret electrical diagrams
• Provide technical expertise in chassis and bodywork systems
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and suppliers to validate root causes and define corrective actions
• Analyze case trends to identify systemic issues and recommend preventive actions
• Provide structured support to workshops including diagnostic steps and repair procedures
• Create and deliver technical communications and training sessions
• Ensure accurate documentation of diagnostics, measurements, and test results
• Monitor KPIs such as resolution time, repetition rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive after-sales and advanced diagnostics
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex multi-system faults
• Experience collaborating with engineering and quality teams
• Proficiency with manufacturer diagnostic platforms (Diagbox, wiTECH, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Expertise in chassis and bodywork systems
• Knowledge of warranty processes and workshop KPIs
• Proficiency in English
• Mastery of root cause analysis methods (5-Why, Ishikawa)
