Chassis Senior Costing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Complete and report relevant analysis reports according to customer requirements
• Research and investigate cost parameters and technical parameters
• Execute product cost calculation and provide cost optimization ideas or target cost
• Timely coordinate to solve problems to ensure project normal delivery
• Generate technical insights reports, costing calculations, and DtC/VAVE ideas

Requirements

• More than 5 years experience in Chassis Suspension, Steering, or Brakes
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes including casting, forging, machining, stamping, welding, and injection molding
• Experience with BOM cost calculation and DtC/VAVE from supply chain and manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in written and oral English

Preferred Qualifications

• Overseas study experience
• Expertise in stamping and forging technology manufacturing and costing
