About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contributor for suspension structural components to enable market-defining system performance
  • Apply chassis system knowledge of metal formed products including castings, weldments, and forgings
  • Design and develop chassis and drive system integration for all-electric pick-up trucks and rugged SUVs
  • Critically review technical systems and propose engineering improvements for chassis components
  • Design drive system packaging and testing strategies in collaboration with other teams
  • Partner with concept and systems architect teams to solve engineering and functional challenges
  • Coordinate prototype and serial development stages regarding part availability, test planning, and releases

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Engineering Technology
  • 4+ years of experience in chassis concept engineering or serial production development
  • Experience with chassis environment platforms, variants, and module selection
  • Proficiency in CAD tools and chassis component packaging
  • Experience in part design including requirements management, system integration, and manufacturing processes
  • Advanced project steering and coordination skills for independent project management
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
