Chassis Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update chassis data within OEM and internal systems with audit-level accuracy
• Order chassis inventory in OEM systems and through dealers as required
• Track and monitor chassis status, production updates, and inventory records to ensure real-time data integrity
• Review, validate, and reconcile data to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Inform sales, engineering, and dealers of chassis product updates from manufacturers
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute detailed reports, logs, and spreadsheets related to chassis activity
• Coordinate cross-functional updates to ensure consistency across all systems and reports
• File for chassis manufacturer rebates and incentive programs
• Provide administrative and coordination support to sales, production, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 3-5 years of related experience
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1-year manufacturing experience
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
