Chassis Component Calibration Specialist Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage safety activities at the component level and monitor supplier activities to ensure chassis component safety integrity
• Conduct reliability studies to ensure safe design of mechatronic components for chassis functions
• Negotiate safety requirements allocated to chassis components (BSM, EPS, SBW, etc.)
• Participate in RAMS analysis including HARA, FMEA, and FTA
• Evaluate safety studies performed by chassis suppliers
• Ensure the integrity of the safety case
• Prepare delivery reports for projects and safety assessments
• Contribute to homologation audits

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership and project management
• Experience in functional safety activities related to ISO 26262
• Ability to interpret and discuss system and component requirements
• Knowledge of chassis and mechatronic components (BSM, EPB MGU, EPS)
• Knowledge of HW decomposition and E/E ECU components
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
• Experience with requirement management tools (IBM Rational DOORS, Polarion, PLM)
• Experience with safety tools (HARA, FMEA, FTA, FMEDA)

• Experience with Ansys MEDINI
