Responsibilities

• Welcome and orient guests entering the hotel
• Manage outdoor guest reception, including luggage handling and vehicle assistance
• Drive and return client vehicles following safety and etiquette rules
• Perform external and internal errands (purchases, messages, packages) as requested by guests or hotel services
• Maintain client and hotel vehicles
• Ensure guest well-being and satisfaction throughout their stay
• Execute additional tasks as requested by the Director

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar high-standing establishment
• Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) held for at least 3 years
• Ability to drive various vehicle types safely and efficiently
• Strong sense of autonomy, discretion, and dynamism
• Exemplary professional mindset
