Responsibilities

• Provide personalized and high-quality welcome to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
• Carefully park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of guest and hotel vehicles
• Manage luggage for guest arrivals and departures
• Perform shuttles within the resort and various hotel errands
• Clear snow from the establishment's surroundings and ensure the hotel entrance is clean
• Assist with cloakroom management
• Adhere to internal procedures and establishment quality standards

Requirements

• Successful experience in a similar position
• Excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills
• Team player with a strong sense of customer service
• Discretion and high attention to detail
• Reactive, resourceful, and organized
• Ability to recognize faces (physionomiste)
• Valid driver's license (Permis B)
• Proficiency in French and English is essential
