Chartered Accountant Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and RERA compliance
• Prepare and finalize financial statements in line with accounting standards
• Handle audits and liaise with external auditors
• Develop and monitor budgets and provide insights for cost optimization
• Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis for strategic decision-making
• Manage tax planning and ensure timely filing of returns
• Design, implement, and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard assets
• Oversee project cost accounting, revenue recognition, and cash flow management
• Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants
• Collaborate with legal, sales, and operations teams

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably in real estate
• Strong knowledge of RERA, GST, Income Tax, and Company Law
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
