Chartered Accountant – Finance Head

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial management across 15–20 group companies in the textile sector.
• Supervise the finalization of accounts, preparation of financial statements, and balance sheet reviews.
• Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits and filings.
• Lead and guide accounts teams within individual companies to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.
• Monitor financial performance, working capital, and overall financial health across all group entities.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 5–10 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in an industry or corporate environment.
• Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, TDS, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience managing multiple entities or group-level financial operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
