Responsibilities

• Deliver financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, and interim financial statements for clients
• Develop expertise in efficient tax strategies, preparing forecasts, reporting, and advice on business structures
• Present financial performance to clients
• Review other team members' financials providing feedback on quality and efficiency
• Identify potential opportunities that Dodgshun Medlin could be assisting the clients with
• Support team training and mentoring, including transfer of technical skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant designation
• Bachelor of Business/Commerce or similar
• Over 3 years of experience in public practice
• Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for small to medium enterprises
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Primary production interest and/or experience
• Experience with tax planning and strategy development
• Proficiency in Xero
