About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Project Managers, procurement, and accounts teams to gather cost-related data
- Prepare MIS reports to facilitate effective cost and budget tracking
- Monitor and control project budgets for both ongoing and upcoming construction projects
- Track and analyze project expenses to ensure strict adherence to established budgets
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of costing principles and budgeting techniques
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and income provisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Qualification as a Chartered Accountant (Fresher candidates welcome)
