Chartered Accountant – Accounts & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the real estate division, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and RERA regulations
• Oversee costing, budgeting, and compliance for showroom openings and real estate development projects across India
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and external consultants for smooth audit closure
• Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and comparative reports for management review
• Handle project-based accounting, cost allocation, and revenue recognition within the ERP system
• Stay updated on changes in compliance laws and accounting standards relevant to real estate

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts, taxation, and compliance processes
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or Zoho
• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work effectively within ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, luxury retail, manufacturing, or service-based industries
• Background with Big 4 or reputed CA firms
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
