Charter Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and build a client portfolio through strategic lead generation and networking
• Conduct targeted research of relevant industries to generate new sales leads
• Generate and manage charter enquiries from initial contact through to completion
• Coach and drive the charter team to consistently deliver end-to-end charter solutions
• Negotiate contracts with both operators and clients to finalize and close sales
• Manage accounts in line with company guidelines to secure future business
• Drive charter department performance to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Maintain and update flight files within the company database

Requirements

• 4-5 years of brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Sales or Broking (private or commercial jets)
• Proven track record in client acquisition and deal making within a competitive environment
• Experience in market identification and proactive lead generation
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to optimize broking activities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet annual revenue targets
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work with clients out of hours and be on-call when necessary
• Adaptable mindset with strong emotional regulation and a passion for the aviation industry

Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 20,000 – AED 25,000
• Uncapped commission structure
