Chargé.e planification et approvisionnement

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities including order entry, supplier follow-up, and delivery tracking
• Resolve delivery disputes and manage supplier relations
• Oversee stock levels and optimize item parameters for efficient procurement
• Plan finished product volumes in coordination with headquarters
• Plan production work-in-progress and adjust daily to prevent shortages or stockouts
• Optimize product flows and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Coordinate logistics projects between methods, production, and warehouse departments

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Professional level of English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Excellent communication skills for multi-service interaction and teamwork
