Chargé(e) Développement Analytique Junior

Responsibilities

• Manage the analytical development of active ingredients and finished products for internal and external clients.
• Lead analytical developability studies, both internally and through outsourcing.
• Draft technical specifications, analytical monographs, protocols, and study reports.
• Contribute to regulatory dossiers including IND, IMPD, NDA, and CTD S/P.
• Coordinate with technicians and external partners to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Perform experimental activities including analytical testing, technical studies, and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, good practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and ensure proper use of equipment and adherence to HSE rules.

Requirements

• Master 2 degree, Pharmacist diploma, or Engineer diploma.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in the field of analytical development.
• Strong sense of rigor and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.
