About the role
Responsibilities
- Support rental management activities including pre-visits, rent evaluation, and ad creation
- Conduct property viewings and qualify potential tenants
- Manage lease drafting, signing, and move-in/move-out inspections
- Handle administrative tasks such as correspondence, filing, and telephone inquiries
- Manage property maintenance requests, claims, and minor repairs
- Monitor rent arrears and follow up on pre-litigation processes
- Maintain client relationships and provide information to owners and prospects
- Prepare activity reports and update internal management tools
Requirements
- Experience in rental management or real estate administration
- Ability to manage property portfolios and client relations
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and digital management tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
