Responsibilities

• Manage remote customer relations and logistics coordination
• Ensure high-quality service through strong customer orientation
• Coordinate logistics and transport activities to meet operational goals
• Utilize digital tools to maintain efficient planning and workflows

Requirements

• BAC+2 level education
• Proven experience in logistics or transport functions
• Proficiency in using digital tools and software
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
