About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring fundraising campaigns through result analysis and report preparation
- Support the manager with daily tasks including updating presentation materials and administrative documents
- Contribute to association communication by organizing meetings and drafting newsletters
- Manage routine requests such as content modifications and information relay
- Support the integration of new partners and update dedicated onboarding materials
- Collaborate with the association relations and quality department on data tracking and content creation
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master 1 or Master 2 degree
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills
- Ability to adapt to different stakeholders and manage urgent tasks
- Organized, rigorous, and proactive mindset
- Sensitivity to social and solidarity causes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
