Chargé(e) Assurance & Marketing (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer insurance products, including creating and updating product sheets and configurations.
• Handle operational follow-up by processing anomalies, managing incidents, and performing Non-Regression Tests (TNR).
• Produce and analyze performance reports and monitor quality indicators.
• Support administrative tasks such as premium reimbursement follow-up and partner invoicing.
• Coordinate marketing actions and manage partner requests.
• Assist with operational marketing, including website content updates and the creation of communication materials.
• Support brand visibility through press monitoring and partner relations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in Insurance, Marketing, Commerce, Project Management, or Business School.
• Proficiency in Excel and standard office tools.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of teamwork and customer service.
