Chargeback Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage daily chargeback operations, including timely investigation and resolution of cases
• Support chargeback disputes, fraud investigations, and transaction monitoring activities
• Analyze chargeback trends and operational data to identify risks and process improvement opportunities
• Prepare and deliver accurate month-end chargeback and dispute reporting for the Finance team
• Contribute to workflow enhancements and departmental projects to improve operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with Finance, Account Management, and Customer Service teams to mitigate risk

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Experience with chargebacks, disputes, fraud investigations, or payment operations
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
