Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize dispute and chargeback operations across multiple payment platforms
- Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team
- Analyze trends, monitor escalations, and identify root causes to implement corrective action plans
- Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
- Reduce financial loss and maintain healthy payment operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in dispute management, chargebacks, payment operations, or related risk functions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to work with financial data and metrics
- Deep understanding of dispute and chargeback rules, timelines, and evidentiary standards
- Proven ability to lead and manage an operations team
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high-volume dispute environments
