Responsibilities

  • Identify manager needs and draft job descriptions
  • Select candidates and conduct HR interviews
  • Manage recruitment administrative tasks and reporting
  • Utilize and train managers on the recruitment ATS
  • Propose ideas to increase employer brand visibility
  • Organize internal and external events such as job fairs and job dating
  • Manage digital spaces including career pages and professional social networks
  • Develop new school relationships and partnerships within the real estate sector
  • Create promotional materials for school relations

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree
  • Strong interest in HR and talent management
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using and communicating on social media
  • Problem-solving mindset and interpersonal skills
