Responsibilities
- Identify manager needs and draft job descriptions
- Select candidates and conduct HR interviews
- Manage recruitment administrative tasks and reporting
- Utilize and train managers on the recruitment ATS
- Propose ideas to increase employer brand visibility
- Organize internal and external events such as job fairs and job dating
- Manage digital spaces including career pages and professional social networks
- Develop new school relationships and partnerships within the real estate sector
- Create promotional materials for school relations
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree
- Strong interest in HR and talent management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using and communicating on social media
- Problem-solving mindset and interpersonal skills
