About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of meetings with staff representative bodies (CSE, commissions, etc.)
  • Contribute to the preparation of professional elections and associated internal communication
  • Ensure legal and social monitoring and follow collective agreements
  • Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, recruitment, etc.) and participate in reporting
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the skills development plan
  • Contribute to various HR projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Licence or Master 1 in Human Resources or Social Law
  • Strong interest in social relations, social dialogue, and HR management
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and initiative
  • Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and writing skills
  • Mastery of Excel, pivot tables, and office tools
