About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of meetings with staff representative bodies (CSE, commissions, etc.)
- Contribute to the preparation of professional elections and associated internal communication
- Ensure legal and social monitoring and follow collective agreements
- Track and analyze HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, recruitment, etc.) and participate in reporting
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of the skills development plan
- Contribute to various HR projects
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Licence or Master 1 in Human Resources or Social Law
- Strong interest in social relations, social dialogue, and HR management
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Rigor, sense of confidentiality, and initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and writing skills
- Mastery of Excel, pivot tables, and office tools
