Chargé Paie et ADP

Responsibilities

• Ensure administrative personnel management from onboarding to offboarding
• Manage employment contracts, amendments, probation periods, and sick leave entries
• Organize and monitor medical visits
• Participate in payroll processing including collection, control, and final settlements
• Open disability insurance files with relevant organizations
• Manage Swile mobility packages
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac +4/5) in Human Resources
• Seeking an apprenticeship starting October/November 2026
• Previous experience in payroll or ADP is preferred
• Rigorous, comfortable with numbers, discreet, and dynamic
• Ability to adapt to a multi-entity context
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word mail merge, Excel pivot tables)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally one year of experience in payroll/ADP through a previous apprenticeship
