Charge Nurse

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily nursing operations while supporting safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to foster collaboration and professional development
• Partner with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for care planning and patient monitoring
• Assess patient care needs and staffing priorities to maintain effective workflow
• Support documentation accuracy and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
• Promote clear communication among care teams, patients, and families

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
• Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 5+ years of nursing experience with recent clinical practice
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
• Ability to obtain MRPT security clearance and meet physical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience
• Experience in military, government, or international healthcare environments
