About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily nursing operations while supporting safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to foster collaboration and professional development
- Partner with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for care planning and patient monitoring
- Assess patient care needs and staffing priorities to maintain effective workflow
- Support documentation accuracy and adherence to regulatory and organizational standards
- Promote clear communication among care teams, patients, and families
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 5+ years of nursing experience with recent clinical practice
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
- Ability to obtain MRPT security clearance and meet physical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience
- Experience in military, government, or international healthcare environments
