Chargé évènementiel et Loi anti-cadeaux

Responsibilities

• Participate in the organization of internal and external events, including seminars, congresses, training sessions, and themed evenings
• Manage logistical aspects such as registration, transport, accommodation, and catering
• Act as an interface between internal requesters and external service providers
• Handle administrative tasks in coordination with the accounting department
• Create event books for congresses intended for healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with anti-gift laws by managing necessary formalities and requests for opinions from professional orders
• Manage post-event administrative tasks related to healthcare professionals, including expense reports
• Monitor and control the respect of anti-gift law procedures by operational teams

Requirements

• Student currently enrolled in a BTS program specializing in Event Management and/or Administration
• Highly organized and rigorous with strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team spirit and a service-oriented mindset
• Proficient with IT tools, specifically Google Suite and expense management software
