About the Company

SMAC is a company specializing in waterproofing and facade work, located in metropolitan France, overseas departments, and internationally. As a global operator of building envelopes, SMAC performs all waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and architectural facade techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consultation files by breaking down works according to CCTP and estimating costs
• Identify anomalies and propose technical variants for profitability
• Consult suppliers for reference prices and develop quotes via ONAYA
• Synthesize response dossiers and prepare technical memorandums
• Follow up on offers and address client requests and corrections
• Participate in commercial transfer meetings and prepare transfer files

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in building or construction economics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within building envelope trades
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Robot / ONAYA is strongly desired
• Strong organizational, analytical, and rigorous skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
