Chargé d'exploitation

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor collection and sorting activities in coordination with drivers and managers
• Ensure accurate data entry of operational activities into information systems
• Handle site reception and telephone inquiries from clients, suppliers, and administrators
• Resolve client complaints regarding collection routes and manage unexpected operational events
• Manage stocks and supplier orders in collaboration with the management assistant
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational decisions
• Lead safety prevention briefings (QHP) to raise awareness of occupational risks
• Analyze productivity indicators and propose actions to optimize perimeter performance

Requirements

• Bac+2 degree or equivalent professional experience
• High level of rigor and attention to detail
• Strong service orientation and team spirit
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and Word
