Chargé d'études (H/F) en alternance

Responsibilities

• Design projects within defined budgets and schedules
• Create and distribute technical plans and supports for store remodeling and merchandising projects
• Propose optimizations for design concepts
• Verify compliance of architectural elements in collaboration with the Works Department
• Collaborate with merchandisers to establish project plans
• Ensure application of current regulations

Requirements

• Currently preparing a BAC+2/3 degree in Design or Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup 3D, Vray, and Adobe Suite
• Ability to read technical plans and understanding of technical drawing
• Knowledge of project planning (phasing, retroplanning)
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of merchandising and design principles
• Rigorous, methodical, and able to manage stress and complex contexts
