Chargé d’études et travaux GC H/F

Responsibilities

• Draft technical dossiers, including CCTP and BPU.
• Supervise construction sites involving new works, renovation, and maintenance (budgets <1M€).
• Plan tasks, coordinate between companies, and manage interfaces with production.
• Handle complete administrative follow-up, including plan archiving, authorizations, and work permits.
• Participate in prevention plans, analyze operating methods, and control safety actions.
• Assist in material reception, work compliance, and the production of final reports and meeting minutes.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Civil Engineering, Building, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Proficiency in managing "Tous Corps d'État" (TCE) projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate various stakeholders and contractors.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously.
