Chargé d’Études de Prix TP/Canalisation

Responsibilities

• Analyze public and private tender documents
• Perform cost estimation for piping and wet network projects
• Consult with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Develop technical memorandums and financial offers
• Optimize technical and financial solutions for projects
• Participate in site visits and technical meetings
• Hand over completed files to the operations teams upon contract award

Requirements

• Bac +2 or Bac +3 degree in Public Works, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar professional environment
• Strong technical knowledge of wet networks and piping
• Proficiency in office tools and standard software
• Valid driver's license (Permis B) for occasional travel within the Hauts-de-France region
• Rigorous, autonomous, and capable of working effectively in a team
