With over 2,000 employees and 60 establishments, SMAC performs more than 10,000 projects annually, covering all techniques for building envelopes including waterproofing, roofing, cladding, and architectural facades.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consultation files by breaking down works according to CCTP and estimating volumes and surfaces
• Study measurements and estimate costs while identifying anomalies or inconsistencies
• Propose technical variants to improve profitability and durability
• Consult suppliers for reference prices in collaboration with the buyer
• Price proposed variants and prepare quotes using ONAYA
• Synthesize response files and prepare technical memorandums
• Follow up on offers and analyze client needs and requests
• Participate in commercial transfer meetings and prepare transfer files
• Supervise two collaborators

Requirements

• Bac+2/+3 degree in building or construction economics
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the building envelope sector
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Robot / ONAYA is strongly desired
• Strong organizational, analytical, and rigorous skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
