Chargé des Services Généraux Junior

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of three buildings, including first-level maintenance and technical rounds
• Assist in security and access control, including badge management and coordination with security agents
• Support fleet management, including administrative follow-up and mobility policy application
• Manage logistics and services, such as stock management, inventories, and internal event support
• Assist in the preparation of specifications and the deployment of new facility projects

Requirements

• Strong service culture and excellent interpersonal skills
• Rigor, autonomy, and a proactive approach to tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
