Chargé de travaux

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and ensure the technical and operational follow-up of decontamination works.
• Manage and pilot construction sites on-site, including the supervision of teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee earthmoving operations and the sorting of polluted soils.
• Implement and optimize in-situ and on-site treatment installations, including monitoring and maintenance.
• Guarantee safety and quality for every intervention while contributing to continuous method improvement.

Requirements

• BAC+2 or BAC+3 degree in Environment, SSP, or TP.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Site Manager in soil rehabilitation or earthmoving.
• Proven experience in in-situ, on-site, or off-site treatment processes.
• Valid Driving License (Permis B) is mandatory due to regular site travel.
• Ability to work outdoors and a hands-on, practical approach to manual tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• SST (Sauveteur Secouriste du Travail) certification.
• Chemical risk training (N1 or N2).
• CACES certification.
• Experience with industrial facility decommissioning and effluent treatment.
