About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new construction and rehabilitation projects in industrial and process environments.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of electromechanical equipment, piping, and electrical/instrumentation connections.
- Manage entire project lifecycles including documentation, procurement, preparation, and final reception.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on-site.
- Design technical projects and participate in tenders for industrial and municipal clients.
- Perform hands-on field work including equipment settings, parameterization, and commissioning.
- Ensure strict compliance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations on all sites.
Requirements
- Technical degree or Engineering degree (specializing in electromechanics, automation, hydraulics, or industrial processes).
- Proven experience in managing industrial or process works, specifically in water treatment, food processing, chemical, or energy industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of electromechanics, hydraulics, and industrial processes.
- Valid driving license (Permis B) for regular travel across the territory.
- Demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and ability to work effectively within a team.
