Chargé de transformation solutions RH

Responsibilities

• Analyze and exploit HR data to support decision-making
• Contribute to the deployment and improvement of HR tools, including reporting, AI, and automation
• Participate in the creation and monitoring of HR dashboards
• Support data quality management (DQM) and ensure the reliability of HR reporting
• Assist in the review and maintenance of operational HR processes
• Create and update support materials such as guides and procedures to drive tool adoption
• Help organize logistics for HR team training sessions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Data, HRIS, or Human Resources
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis
• Strong interest in Generative AI models (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Studio AI)
• Fluent in French and professional proficiency in English
• Rigorous, analytical, and proactive with a strong sense of curiosity
• Previous experience in data, HR tools, or project management is a plus
• Familiarity with Workday or other SaaS HRIS tools is a plus
