Chargé de support chantier

Responsibilities

• Prepare site files and intervention documents by compiling all necessary information for supervisors.
• Draft intervention procedures in compliance with technical and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.
• Ensure the timely availability of critical resources, including consumables, tools, spare parts, and procedures.
• Receive, analyze, and resolve site issues and technical anomalies.
• Propose technical solutions and define action plans with support from various factory departments.
• Analyze recurring issues and propose corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

• BAC+2 technical degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanics and the ability to read blueprints/technical drawings.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
• Mastery of IT tools, specifically Excel and ERP systems.
• Operational English (B1 level); knowledge of a second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of and commitment to applying current EHS regulations.
