About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration, including drafting contracts, amendments, and other necessary administrative documents
- Support the HR team with onboarding and offboarding activities
- Provide first-level assistance to employees via phone, email, and the internal portal for general administrative inquiries
- Maintain data accuracy within the HR ERP (Workday)
- Manage, schedule, and track medical visits
- Maintain and update employee files (both paper and digital) and manage archiving
- Draft and update HR information on the company intranet
- Handle POs and invoice payments related to the HR department (payroll, benefits, training, occupational medicine, etc.)
- Manage the administrative and logistical organization of mandatory training sessions
- Participate in various HR projects such as recruitment, HR communication, and disciplinary matters
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+4/BAC+5)
- Available for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an HR or personnel administration intern
